During item import list_price_per_unit rounding to whole number

Oracle Inventory, R12.1.3

We are performing an item import process that is calling mtl_system_items_interface. The list_price_per_unit on the staging table is rounding to the nearest whole number. (e.g. file reflects 135.895 and in the staging table it is reflecting 136)

We know the file is accurate. currency is set to precision of 2 and extended precision set to 5. There is no rounding factor set in the purchasing tab.

What could be causing this?
