Oracle client 10g on windows 2016

Hello,

We have Oracle database client 10.1 and 12.1 on windows 2012 , but in the near future we want to upgrade the OS to at least 2016 or higher version.

So our question, are oracle client 10.1 and 12.1 compatible with windows 2016 or higher operation system?

Is there any document where we find compatibility matrix for Oracle client and OS version?

Unfortunately client upgrade is not possible at the moment due to application dependency.
