Pass Arguments to Business Rule From Form

Is it possible to pass parameter values to a business rules that are not in the layout of the form? For example, we have a couple level 0 entities, we can't have all of the level 0s, in the rows of a planning form would it be possible to pass the parent of these entities to the business rule that gets run on save with no prompts?
