How to issue out all the on hand quantities?

Hi,

We are trying to enable the 'Install Base' option on the item master for some items and getting the error 'install base trackable can not updated since on-hand trackable exists'

Looks like we have to make the on-hand quantities of this item 0.

Can someone please advise what is the best way to move the all quantities out and then move them back in?
