Getting Authorization Denied: The username or password has been refused by WebLogic Server.

We have configure WebLogic 12.2.1.4 in QA environment. Kindly note that we already had 10.3.6 version for WebLogic, but rather than reconfigure we have decide to configure the 12.2.1.4 WebLogic from scratch.


Below are the Step which we have followed:

  1. Upgrade JAVA8
  2. Install WebLogic 12.2.1.4
  3. Install Forms
  4. RCU
  5. Configure Domain/NodeManager/Components
  6. Start the services (Node Manager, WebLogic, WLS_FORMS and ohs1)

After starting, we are getting login page for Console and Enterprise Manager but when I am passing Username and Password, I am getting Authorization Denied in both Console and EM.


we have tried what ever solution mentioned online but of no help. Kindly please help as we are trying to fix this issue for long time.
