Call Routing with Refer method and Ring back

Question: Need help with Call flow with refer method and ring back. Here is call flow
- Customer dialed a 800-number and call routes to contact center.
- Contact center App play the message .
- After playing message app refers the call to next destination (a DID in PBX).
- DID is providing the ring back but customer isnt hearing the ring back. (this is the issue)
- When DIDs gets answered, Customer has two way audio.
- How to pass ring back messages to carrier on this refer call flow?
