How to restore validate level1 backups

Oracle Enterprise 19c RAC

OS: Oracle Linux

Backup schedule

level0 1st, 7th, 21st, 28th of every month

level1 incremental all other days

archivelog backups taken every 2hrs


When "restore validating" the previous nights backup using the UNTIL TIME param, noticed the restore validate output only includes the level0 backups and not the level1.

Is this normal process for "restore validate"? If so, how do you validate your backups that include level0 and level1 backups?
