PO Header Comments Automatically Entered

Hi everyone,

We have users in a particular business unit who want a standard set of PO header comments entered automatically into their PO's for every single PO without having to go in manually add them. I offered them a solution to use Standard Comments but they are opposed to manually adding them. Is there a way to have a set of comments already defaulted into a requisition or a PO without a user manually selecting or entering them?

We are on Tools 8.60.05, FSCM 9.2 Image 46
