HI tried to upgrade nocdb 19 db to multitenat 21

oracle19 version : 19.3

oracle 21 version 21.7

Analyze was success and deploy failt during noncdb_to_pdb phase and autoupgrade_err.log

Do You haver any idea where is the isssue
