How Move hours and queue hours are affecting in calculating the dates in Routing operations P3112 ?

Actually, I am following Oracle Doc- Doc-1174520.1  which tells us how to move hours and Queue hours are affecting the start date and requested date between WO routing operations P3112. Still, This Doc does not provide extensive details. So can anyone please let me know how.
