SQL or PL/SQL Scripts for standard DB Tasks

Oracle DB 19c

Hi all,

I look for some small scripts, that we use for manage PDBs without support DBAs. For example: Start/Stop, Health check for PDBs, Create Users, Grant and so on.

I'm sure there are a lot of similar scripts are available and want to use the available standard scripts as base of my scripts. Where can I find such example codes?
