Closed SR's are not showing.

My closed SR's are not showing in my support.

 I selected included closed SR and still nothing. However, a red check mark appears not a green one.

I am the only person for my  support identifier that creates the SR's.

Closed SR's were there as late as April 2023.


Any help would be appreciated.
