Printing from P6 to Canon printer using Uniflow / NT-Ware

Hi

We use ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 PROFESSIONAL 21.12.16.0

I am helping a user who wants to print from P6 to our Canon

photocopier printers in colour. We use Uniflow (also known as NT-Ware).

In P6 all settings are correct for a colour printout.

After logging into the printer to print the job, the list it shows the job as mono instead of colour. It is possible to press options on the printer job list and change it to print in colour.

We believe the job was sent from the software in colour but at some stage an option was changed to show the job on the printer in mono.
