JDE: BI publisher freezes when images are attached a media object

Users will attach images as media objects when processing Purchase Orders. These images are referential and should not be sent to the XML Publisher when printing the POs.

Currently, the BI Publishing engine is sending these images to the XML Processor, and it is locking up the server kernels, preventing users from accessing the BI Publisher processes.

We can clear these by stopping the affected XML kernels, but we should be able to prevent the images from being sent to the BI Publisher.

If the users attach a WORD doc with the images, they are not sent to the BI engine. So, whatever process is preventing WORD documents from printing should be able to stop the Images as well.
