Term Withdrawal/Refund-Adjustment Calendars

Hello dear community,

I am doing a test using the term withdrawal, I used an adjust calendar but it refunded the 100%. I tried to refund just the 75%. I would like some explanation of how I should set it up.

How do I use the pro-rate eligible?

How do I use the override withdrawal schedule?
