How to extract project budget details for a specific period from a Oracle Cloude Standard API

Actually team wants retrieve all project budget details during a specific period .Please check the attachment the "Get all Project budget versions" API not having date parameter to retrieve on filter date range. Actually there is a integrations from PPM to EPM system where we need to migrate the data.
