How to diagnose Database FireWall out-of-band

I have installed Audit Vault & Database Firewall in out-of-band mode. There are everything seems to be OK in the Audit Vault console but DatabaseFirewall has no events registered. The switch consifguration has been done by other team.

The intension is to monitor traffic to Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition

How can I diagnose the problem and check the traffic can be access at the network interface?
