I have some more questions related to Lease Administration: Please keep this question open, As i am workign on it.

 could some one please provide me some input how the rent indexation works . My requirement is when i create a contract with monthly payment of 100 dollar , end of 1st year we apply index of 5% , end of 2nd year we apply index of 10 % . this indexation info we will not at beginning of contract. So mentioning economic index details in set up page will it auto adjust the related rent and lease obligation or we need to make this indexation change as amendment?
