Question regarding F4115 (Item History)

I have couple of questions regarding Item History (F4115). I have gone through the Oracle Document Doc ID 1338022.1, Item History FAQ.

Answer to the Question 3 (What Distribution programs update the Item History Table (F4115)) is - 

Shipment Confirmation (P4205), Sales Update (R42800) and Inventory Issues (P4112) will update the Item History Table. Inventory Issues (P4112) will only update the Item History Table (F4115) if the Process Tab Option #7 or #8(depending on release) in the Inventory Issues program (P4112) is set to 1 (Update table). Because there is no sales price on an Inventory Issue, the sales amount fields will be incremented with the Item Cost.
