23.9 Strange Issue with WebTools

Hi All,

Just wanted to pass this along. We applied 23.9 for one of our upgrade projects over the weekend and a developer reported issues using scripting from WebTools.

Even opening the script editor in WebTools thew an error message about a named subsystem not being configured.

Our lead developer looked into the issue and he found that that ManifestSafeLoad somehow got set to false as part of applying this patch. Once we reset this setting to true the issue went away.
