Is there delivered functionality to have bid factor question dependency?

For example, bid factor 1 is a Y/N question. If they answer No, we have additional question (bid factor) we need them to answer.

If they answer Yes, then they don't need to answer the additional question.

Is there a way to setup our bid factor questions this way?
