Adding Attachments in Open Enrollment Activity Guide in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 PUM 47

We would like to make it so people can upload attachments during Open Enrollment using the attachment framework but need to know how to set it up. I added a step in the Activity Guide composer Category of OPENENROLLMENT with the service type App Class and the Service ID EF_BEN_ATTACH_FL, I checked the Fluid box. IN Post Processing PeopleCode I put in W3EB_LIFE_EVENT_FL/ActionItem/AttachFLDocumentPostProcess. In Input Context Parameters I put ATT_EVENT_TYPE - ATTEVENT_TYPE - Fixed Value - LIFEVENT but maybe I shoudl put an O in for Open Enrollment? We got this to work for life events but I am not
