Not able to search item instance in install base by entering sales order number in search criteria

Oracle EBS 12.2.5

Not able to search item instance in install base by entering sales order number in search criteria. When sales order number is entered and go button is pressed, the page starts loading and it continues to load endlessly without giving any results.
