Patch 35679623: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.230806 - any download issues?

Oracle Weblogic Server 12.2.1.4

Trying to download the above SPB for 12.2.1.4 and each and every attempt has downloaded an invalid zipfile. Already tried different browsers, off/no VPN, mobile/desktop but it's still the same.

(Can't download directly to server therefore wget isn't an option)
