Oracle Forms Builder debug not working

Hi,

I need help about start oracle form in debugger. When I run form in debug mode url is localhost/SOME_PORT_EVERYTIME_DIFFERENT/some_uniq_code...

"localhost"

and I can't add those url in java config, and edge IE mode... How can I setup port who will be useed anytime?
