New Response codes from US Customs for AES filing 23C

Hi All,


Kindly help with the below query related to the 23C upgrade to GTM


In the release notes for oracle GTM 23C Upgrade, under the customs management, there is a feature for - SUPPORT HOLD AND HOLD RELEASE MESSAGES WITHIN AES FILING

AES filing will support 3 new response codes (informational) from US Customs.

The summary recommends to modify below so that GTM can track the responses.

  • Automation agent - 'PROCESS CUSTOMS FILING RESPONSE'
  • Agent action - 'TRACKING EVENT TO DOCUMENT) SET CUSTOMS FILING RESPONSE STATUS'
  • Saved query - 'TRACKING NUMBER NOT NULL'


We are unable to make these changes as we cannot test them. we are facing some issues in testing.
