The Enterprise Manager 13.5 Release Update 17 Patches were released on September 27, 2023:

• 13.5.0.17 OMS Release Update Platform Patch (including OMS and Plug-ins):
> OMS Patch 35460709: Oracle® Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 17 (13.5.0.17) for Oracle Management Service (OMS)
• 13.5.0.17 Agent Release Update:
> AGENT Patch 35460713:  Oracle® Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 17 (13.5.0.17) for Oracle Management Agent (OMA)
