ODA X7-2HA with ODA 19.18 - Cloning RAC DB from Backup failed- Status Code 500

Hello

We are trying to clone a RAC database that we have our ODA X7-2HA

Its a 2 node RAC running Oracle 19.18 and ODA 19.18

We made a backup using ODA GUI and then saved the backup report file and trying to clone database from backup. We did this successfully on our non RAC databases running on ODA X-7 2M

And here is the error we are getting. What are we missing here?
