How to force move or force delete or recreate an object that won't move from an old db edition ?

Database 19.14

We have those 2 trailing objects(views) stuck in the ORA$BASE edition (OC_CUSTOMERS,OC_CORPORATE_CUSTOMERS)

When trying to CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE EDITIONABLE VIEW....

ORA-21700: l'objet n'existe pas ou va être supprimé
