How to enable payroll HRA deductions based off of Benefit enrollment plan?

We have added two new high deductible medical plans. If an employee chooses these plans the employer is automatically contributing to a HRA account for them. All of our HRA stuff is handled with payroll elements.

Is there a way to automate having these elements added to a persons element entry once the new high deductible plans are selected?

Not sure this is can be done but am curious to see what all comes back on this.
