improve text index creation when creation is already running

Oracle database 19.3 with Oracle Text

We are creating a text index, but creation is very slow, Noparallel is used, CPU is at about 30% constantly, I/O is "normal".

Are there any possibilities to increase creation speed runtime, without killing the creation process or having to shutdown the database and adjust parameters ?
