Which technical requirements are needed to give administration support and technical evolutive, corrective tasks in FCCM product? Im looking for a technical consultant and i dont have much information about the framework to fill the skill:

the database is oracle so to give evolutive and corrective maintenance the skill would be pl/sql also Java, or javascript
