in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) Question

Installing Oracle Golden Gate and adding a databases to it. I have installed 213001_fbo_ggs_Windows_x64_Oracle_services_shiphome, 213001_fbo_ggs_Windows_x64_Oracle_shiphome and WINDOWS.X64_213000_db_home

The database is installed and working on Windows 2016 server However I can't configure the Web interface for golden gate on windows 2016 server

Looking for help specific for Windows 2016 server
