What sql query can I use to get Asset Activity routing/operation and resource details?

We are transitioning from SAP to Oracle EBS 12.2.10 and currently working on data conversion validation. I'm trying to create an sql query that results with the following information:

Organization Code | Owning Department Code | Activity Name | Activity Description | Operation Sequence Number | Operation Description | Resource | Assigned Units | Usage Required

Any help would be appreciated.
