Will it have impact to an Oracle/Grid infrastructure during a DNS server offline for HW upgrade

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition 

Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production Version 19.3.0.0.0

Oracle Real Application Clusters 19.0.0.0.0


A full Grid infrastructure has been installed and the databases running in RAC stable with SCAN and stuff. But now we need to upgrade the DNS server due to RAM usage is too high. 

We expected that it takes 2 hours for the hardware change and I wonder if it will have any impact to your SQL*Net clients or CRS?
