E1:42:43: Transfer order in foreign cur:ST Foreign Extended price<>OT Extended cost

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

When entering a transfer order from a USD branch to a KRW branch using base
pricing transfer method, the Foreign Extended Price on the ST order does not
match the Extended Cost on the OT order (rounding ?).
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Set up exchange rate multiplier from USD to KRW as 0.000742.
2. Set up the price of an item in KRW for the FROM branch as 28,847.0000.
3. Set the processing option in P4210 for Transfer pricing to use base price.
4. Enter an ST/OT order for the USD branch to the KRW branch for 1 EA.
5. The Foreign Extended Price on
