Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, which best step do I take in mind first?

to do the task/step to prepare E1, dev seat and deployment server to 64bit and then upgrade from 9.2.5 to 9.2.7? or vice versa..?
