Which OraClient software to install for Linux Redhat8

Our office has a oracle server 19C and workstations running OraClient 19.0 to connect to it. All our machines are running Windows 10 currently.

We have one user on a Linux box running RHEL 8. We are trying to figure out what Oracle client software we can download (preferably using RPMs or a channel from RedHat we can subscribe to) that will give the user the same options as our windows OraClient 19 users.

We do not want to go the ZIP as we want our Linux server team to be in charge of software updates and distribution.
