Customer account attachment date sort by oldest on top but can we make it as newest on top ?

Customer account level attachment date default sort date by oldest on top but is it possible to change this as newest on top without form personalization or customization?


In conclusion I am expecting the date sort option as newest on top with out personalization or customization
