How can I add the performance evaluation to the talent Review meeting?

I need to add the performance evaluations (End-year evaluation) to the Talent Review template without allowing reviewers to modify it. I already tried to de-flag the field 'Use to Rate review population' in the Talent Review template, but this way the system doesn't show either the performance evaluation.
