enabling Multi-tab creating more tasks in objmgr

Hello All,

We are using Siebel 21.10 Windows,Oracle BD. Currently planning to setup Multi-tab feature in Prod. As a pilot testing, we enabled 4 max tabs and tested using a single tester. While monitoring active tasks count, we noticed so many threads being created and 'Waiting for Command' state for Siebel guest user. this is in addition to the 4 threads for the test user.

Is there any reason why these many threads gets created when setting up MultiTab feature
