Where are the OM order header attachment physical files located? How to mass export them?

Oracle Applications : 12.2.11

Order headers are attached with some pictures of the product attachment files in .jpg file format. Attachment category is 'Attachment file' and the data type is 'File'. The requirement is to download or export all those picture files attached to thousands of order headers to a network location. How do we do this task?
