Oracle EBS R12 User deactivation and intergration with Oracle Identity Manager/Oracle Access Manager

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello

We use Oracle EBS R12 Financials as well as OIM/OAM(Oracle identity Manager/Oracle Access Manager) both. Oracle EBS R12 user decativation/password are managed by OIM/OAM. OIM/OAM also do other application access management also. Provided , there is no customization, how intergration between OAM/OIM and Oracle EBS R12 works. What are setup/ptrocess used on part of Oracle EBS R12 which help to enable/disable such intergartion? When employee leave company, it is first dectivate in our HR application then user will be decativated in OIM?OAM and then in
