Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Xstore EFTLINK not working properly online and offline issue facing

Hello, ORACLE community,

We integrated the EFTLINK into the Xstore 17 version

Sometimes its integration works fine and sometimes it fails.

There is the below error we observed
What is the use of the RELOAD EFT link button in the Xstore home screen
Is the any security privilege to using EFTLINK
