Custom language JDE E1 9.2

I am working on JD Edwards E1 9.2 with people from several Latin countries who have different names for the same thing. For example, a straw in Guatemala is called a popote, in Mexico it is called a pajilla, in Colombia it is called a sorbet, but they want to keep the same article number in JDE. Is there any possibility to create new custom languages as a copy of Spanish, to get for example "S1-Spanish Gutemala", "S2-Spanish Mexico", "S3-Spanish Colombia"?
