Why Does Using 'Stored Period Performance' record values on days of Non-work.

So, when doing daily store periods, we noticed that Sunday which is not scheduled as a workday is showing strange values which were not entered prior to storing the performance. in some cases, they were negative numbers. This result appears in the Assignments page (see below Column for Sunday Oct 1)
In the Resource Profile you can see negatives on each Sunday
Yet when you group by the role, you can see there are no charges showing on the Sundays.
But bottom line is what is causing random Values appearing on Periods of Non work, and how did the Actual get plugged in. the values make no real sense..
