Can we migrate an application page from one instance to target instance

Hi,

I am using Oracle version-23.1.2 and developed an page in an existing application when i m trying to migrate it to Test instance. i am receiving below error.

Attaching the error message and screenshot below.

ErrorMessage-

Another error message while importing the page as Zipfile-

This page was exported from a different application or from an application in different workspace. Page cannot be installed in this application
