"B" stock

Hello,

Does E1 provide a way to categorize an item as "B" stock? We have some items that can be sold, but then returned to be refurbished and available for sale again as a refurbished item but we want to be able to distinguish between "new" or "refurbished" if the item number is the same. Do we have to change the item number to do this?
