out-of-place switch to new grid home created from a gold copy

for oracle 19 (and eventually 23), we want to move from in place to out-of-place patching (but not using rhpctl).

we have created a new home based on the same gold copy we use for provisioning (so we have the patch in place when we un-tar it to the new home location).

we need to know what additional config we need to do and what to run to switch from old grid home to new grid home (using gridSetup -silent -switchGridHome i believe).
