Oracle EM 13.5 Upgrade

Oracle EM 13.4 -> 13.5 Upgrade

Completed the "software only install with plugins" upgrade on a 13.4 to install the software. Upgraded the OMSPatcher, OPatch, and JDK on the new Middleware home files and executed the 'ConfigureGC.sh ENABLE_SSL=true' GUI upgrade.

During the 'Repository Upgrade' portion, it hangs for a very long time after hitting this snag (logfile is $ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/cfgfw/CfmLogger_<timestamp>.log):
